Are bicycles available at the hotel?

Yes, we provide electric bikes for a fee. To use them, you will need to install an app on your mobile phone and register once for free.

Can I charge the battery of my electric car in the hotel?

Yes, in the underground car park there is a parking space with a charging station. The electricity is included in the garage fee of 16 euros.

What forms of payment are accepted?

You can pay your bill in cash, by EC bank card or by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card.

What are the cancellation conditions?

For all reservations, these conditions will be displayed or communicated to you before the booking is completed.

How will you use my data?

Your data will be exclusively and securely transmitted via an SSL connection for online reservations and used only for internal purposes within the companies of our hotel group.

All hotels have Wi-Fi. The use is included in the room rate for hotel guests.

Yes. The Bowl Bar is open daily from 12 to 10 pm for food and drinks.

What is offered in the Bowl Bar?

Various salads and side dishes are freshly prepared in the NinetyNine Bowl Bar. We also serve national and international drinks, beer, wine and cocktails.

All rooms are allergy-friendly.

Yes, please make a request in advance so that the preparations can be made.
